Courses offered

Kamdhenu University are offered Courses Under the umbrella of Agriculture Science and Technology, there are four courses. For Under Graduate studies, B.Tech. (Dairy Technology) program taught. And For Post Graduate studies, M.Tech. (Dairy Technology) and M.F.Sc. are available for enrolment. For Under Graduate Diploma studies, Dip. (Animal Husbandry) the program  are offered by the college.

Kamdhenu University Admission

The university usually begins the admission to the numerous courses in the month of May every year. It releases the notification for the seats available and the application form for the course on the official site. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be called for the document verification process. It is necessary that the candidates are to carry photo ID proof, Migration certificate, 5 passport size photographs, caste certificate, relevant mark sheet, and others.

Admission to B.Tech in Kamdhenu University is done on the basis of marks secured in the GUJCET. The merit list will be prepared on the considering 60% marks in PCM and 40% marks obtained in the GUJCET.

Kamdhenu University PG Admission

·         Kamdhenu University offers are advanced education in the discipline of veterinary science & Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Science, leading to the postgraduate degrees i.e. MVSc. And MFSc

Kamdhenu University PG Eligibility Criteria

1.       Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline.

2.       For general candidates, minimum 60% marks are required and for the SEBC/SC/ST minimum 50 % marks are required.

3.       Minimum 55 % marks in the common entrance test.

4.       Kamdhenu University for  PG Selection Process

5.       Admission is done on the Merit Basis.

6.       The merit list is prepared by giving 50:50 weightage to the OGPA (percentage basis) of the last degree and the marks are obtained in the common entrance test examination and marks of sports.

Kamdhenu University Diploma program Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for admission in the Polytechnic in the  Animal Husbandry the candidate should have passed with Secondary School Certificate Examination of the Gujarat State or other equivalent examination along with the English as compulsory subject.

Kamdhenu University Diploma Selection Process

Selection is done on the basis of a marks scored in the Secondary School Certificate Exam.

For general candidates, the minimum marks obtained in the Gujarati / Regional language, Mathematics, Science / Science & Technology, Social Science / Social Studies and the English subjects required are 45%, For SC 40% and for the ST 27%.

Kamdhenu University B.Tech. Eligibility Criteria

For Gujarat candidates, passed Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination in Science stream with a Physics, Chemistry and the Mathematic (PCM) with 8n English as a compulsory subject from any of statutory University / Gujarat Board/ other board in State or the Examinations.

The minimum marks are requirement is 40 % for general candidates and 35% for SC/ST.

For Outside if a Gujarat candidate, passed with the qualifying examination and appeared in the GUJCET.

Kamdhenu University B.Tech. Selection Process

Admission is done on the basis of the Merit List.

Merit list is prepared considering 55 % weightage of the marks obtained in the Theory Papers Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) subject and 65 % of the marks obtained in GUJCET or any other of entrance test as been notified by the State Government.

Scholarships:

The university provides scholarships or financial aid to the students on a merit-based basis. Students are selected based on their academic performance and are eligible to the recipient of financial aid
